About James Hubbart

A Trucker Who Became Your Compliance Guy.

Before James Hubbart became a certified clean truck tester, he was an operating engineer — the person on the job site who understands exactly what it means to be 15 minutes early is on time.

In 2020, he founded Hubbart Trucking with a single truck, named after his family. Built from the ground up with one core principle: do the work right, every time.

He's San Francisco born and raised, connected to local businesses through the A. Philip Randolph Institute (APRI) and the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center — the same community institutions that helped him get started in construction.
